Trucking Talent does not sell personal information for money. Trucking Talent also does not allow employers to browse, search, or purchase access to driver profiles when the driver has not applied to that employer’s job.
However, certain uses of advertising technologies, retargeting, conversion tracking, analytics tools, or hashed contact information shared with advertising platforms may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

To help us process your request, please include the email address and/or phone number you used with Trucking Talent. We will use the information you provide only to process and maintain your privacy request, where required or permitted by law.
Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
Please note that opting out does not prevent Trucking Talent from sharing your application information with an employer when you intentionally apply to that employer’s job. It also does not automatically delete information that was already provided to an employer or the employer’s ATS before your request.
