• “Employer” means a trucking company or other business seeking to recruit drivers.
• “Driver” means an individual who creates a driver profile on the Platform.

3.1 Information You Provide

We collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

Required Information

• Email address
• Phone number
• State, city, ZIP code
• CDL experience and trailer experience
• Desired compensation
• Preferred home time
• Preferred contract type (W-2, 1099, Owner-Operator, Lease Purchase)

Optional Information

• Driving preferences (local, regional, OTR)
• Solo or team preference
• Pet preference
• Safety and experience-related information (e.g., accidents or violations history)
• Date of birth (we store the date but share only age with Employers)
• Profile photo or selfie

We do not collect:

• Social Security numbers
• Driver’s license numbers
• Background check reports
• MVR or PSP data
• Financial or payment card information

3.2 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device information

5. Profile Types and Data Sharing

Drivers may choose one of two profile types:

Basic Profile

When a Driver activates a Basic Profile, profile information, including contact details, may be shared with Employers immediately.

Matched Profile

For Matched Profiles, contact information remains hidden. An Employer may request to connect, and contact details are shared only if the Driver explicitly approves the request.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may share Personal Information as follows:

6.1 Employers

We share Driver profile information with Employers only for recruiting and hiring purposes and only in accordance with the Driver’s selected profile type and provided consent.

Employers are contractually prohibited from reselling or misusing Driver information.

6.2 Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, messaging), subject to confidentiality obligations.

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, or legal processes.

6.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, Personal Information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
